Trip Unlmtd Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Trip Unlmtd! By using our website, booking a trip, or participating in any of our group tours or road trips, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions:

Booking and Payment:

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Trip Unlmtd.
Payment in full is required at the time of booking for trips starting within 45 days from the date of booking to secure your reservation.

For trips starting more than 45 days from the date of booking, a deposit as specified by Trip Unlmtd is required to secure your reservation, with the remaining balance due no later than 45 days prior to the trip start date.
Payment methods accepted include credit/debit cards and electronic bank transfers.
Prices listed on our website are per person unless otherwise specified and are subject to change without notice.

Cancellations and Refunds:

Our cancellation policy applies to all reservations. Loss of monies paid may apply to cancelled reservations.
The date of trip cancellation is determined by the receipt of a written cancellation notice by Trip Unlmtd.
Refund eligibility is based on the proximity to the departure date and is outlined in our cancellation policy. Please refer to the specific trip's brochure for detailed refund information.
In the event of cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances such as a pandemic, civil disturbances, adverse weather conditions, or any similar events, Trip Unlmtd will endeavor to provide the maximum possible refund to participants.

Participation and Conduct:

Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and responsible manner during the trip.
Any behavior deemed disruptive or harmful to fellow participants, trip leaders, or local communities may result in immediate expulsion from the trip without refund.
Participants are responsible for ensuring they meet any health, fitness, or visa requirements necessary for the trip.
Trip Unlmtd reserves the right to refuse participation to any individual deemed unfit or unprepared for the trip.

Trip Itinerary and Changes:

Trip itineraries provided on our website and in trip brochures are subject to change without notice.
Trip Unlmtd reserves the right to alter or cancel any aspect of the trip, including but not limited to accommodations, activities, and transportation, in the event of unforeseen circumstances or for the safety and well-being of participants.
Participants will be notified of any significant changes to the trip itinerary as soon as possible.

Liability and Responsibility:

Trip Unlmtd acts only as an agent for the various independent suppliers that provide accommodations, transportation, activities, and other services related to the trip.
Trip Unlmtd assumes no liability for any loss, injury, accident, delay, or inconvenience caused by any supplier or by any circumstance beyond our control.
Participants are strongly encouraged to purchase travel insurance to protect against unforeseen events, including trip cancellation, interruption, or medical emergencies.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
